1. IntroductionThis Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which BizTrack provides refunds for subscription fees and related services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.2. Free Trial Period

  • All subscription plans include a 30-day free trial period
  • No payment is required during the trial period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial without being charged
  • No refund is necessary during the trial period as no payment has been made

3. Refund EligibilityRefunds may be considered under the following circumstances:3.1 Technical Issues

  • If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve them within 7 days of your report
  • You must contact our support team within 14 days of payment to be eligible

3.2 Duplicate Payments

  • If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Full refund will be processed immediately upon verification

3.3 Service Unavailability

  • If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our technical issues
  • Refund will be prorated based on the downtime period

4. Non-Refundable ItemsThe following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 14-day refund period has elapsed
  • Partial billing periods (no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations)
  • Additional businesses or add-on features that have been used
  • Wallet transactions or payment processing fees
  • Services that have been fully utilized or accessed

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund
  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription after cancellation
  • To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date

8. Chargebacks

  • If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will investigate the chargeback and may reinstate your account if the chargeback is resolved in our favor
  • We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback

9. Special CircumstancesWe may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Medical emergencies preventing use of the Service
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events
  • Errors on our part that significantly impact your ability to use the Service

All special circumstance refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.10. Wallet Edition Refunds

  • Wallet Edition features are subject to the same refund policy as regular subscriptions
  • Refunds for wallet plans follow the same 14-day eligibility period
  • Wallet transaction fees are non-refundable
