BizTrack offers five subscription plans: Personal Plan (for personal finance only), Business Plan (for business accounting), Dual Plan (for both personal and business features), Business + Wallet Plan (business features with wallet functionality), and Dual + Wallet Plan (all features including wallet). Each plan comes with a 30-day free trial period.
Personal Mode gives you access to personal finance features only, including income/expense tracking, personal budgets, savings goals, and personal reports. Business Mode provides access to business accounting features such as cashbook, P&L statements, balance sheets, cashflow reports, inventory management, invoices, payroll, and bills. You cannot access business features in Personal Mode, and vice versa.
Personal Business Mode is a special mode available for Dual and Dual + Wallet plans that allows you to access both personal and business features simultaneously. You can see all your personal finance data and business accounting data in one unified view, making it perfect for users who manage both personal and business finances.
Yes, if your subscription plan allows it. Personal Plan users can only use Personal Mode. Business Plan and Business + Wallet Plan users can only use Business Mode. However, Dual Plan and Dual + Wallet Plan users can switch between Personal Mode, Business Mode, and Personal Business Mode at any time through the dashboard settings.
Wallet Edition is an add-on feature available with Business + Wallet and Dual + Wallet plans. It includes wallet functionality such as deposit money, withdraw funds, send money to other users, create payment links for receiving payments, create payout links, and automatic transaction reconciliation. Wallet features are only available in Business Mode for Business + Wallet plans, but work in all modes for Dual + Wallet plans.
When you subscribe to any plan, you automatically get a 30-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. No payment is required during the trial. After 30 days, you'll need to make a payment to continue using the service. Your subscription status will change from "trial" to "active" once payment is confirmed.
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, your mode and features will automatically adjust to match your new plan. For example, if you upgrade from Business Plan to Business + Wallet Plan, Wallet Edition will be automatically activated. If you downgrade from a wallet plan to a non-wallet plan, wallet features will be disabled. Your data is preserved, but you may lose access to certain features depending on your new plan.
No, wallet features are not available in Personal Mode. But yes if you have Business + wallet or a Dual + Wallet Plan.
When subscribing, you can select additional businesses (0-10 extra businesses) depending on your needs. The base subscription includes one business, and you can add more during the subscription process. This allows you to manage multiple businesses from a single BizTrack account.
The Personal Plan includes personal income and expense tracking, personal budget management, personal savings goals, and personal financial reports. It does not include any business accounting features, inventory management, invoices, payroll, bills, or wallet features.
The Business Plan includes business transaction tracking, cashbook management, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet reports, Cashflow reports, inventory management, invoice creation and management, payroll processing, bill management, business reports, and roles & permissions. It does not include personal finance features or wallet functionality.
The Dual Plan includes all personal finance features (income/expense tracking, budgets, savings goals, personal reports) plus all business accounting features (cashbook, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, inventory, invoices, payroll, bills). You can switch between Personal Mode, Business Mode, or Personal Business Mode. However, it does not include Wallet Edition features.
No, the 30-day trial period is completely free. You won't be charged during the trial. After the trial period ends, you'll need to make a payment to continue using BizTrack. You'll receive notifications before your trial expires to remind you to make a payment.
Your data is preserved when you downgrade, but you may lose access to certain features. For example, if you downgrade from Dual + Wallet to Dual Plan, you'll lose access to wallet features, but all your personal and business data will remain intact. If you downgrade from Dual Plan to Personal Plan, you'll lose access to business features, but your personal data will be preserved.
No, inventory management and invoice features are only available in Business Mode or Personal Business Mode. These are business accounting features and cannot be accessed when you're in Personal Mode, regardless of your subscription plan.
Both plans give you access to personal and business features, and allow you to switch between Personal, Business, and Personal Business modes. The key difference is that Dual + Wallet Plan includes Wallet Edition, which adds wallet functionality (deposit, withdraw, send money, payment links, payout links, and auto-reconciliation). Dual Plan does not include these wallet features.
If your subscription expires, you'll be redirected to the payment page when you try to access BizTrack features. You won't be able to use the system until you renew your subscription. Your data will be preserved, and once you make a payment, your subscription will be reactivated and you'll regain access to all your data and features.
Payment links and payout links are only available with Wallet Edition, which is included in Business + Wallet and Dual + Wallet plans. These features allow you to receive payments from customers and send payouts to vendors or employees directly through BizTrack. They are not available in Personal, Business, or Dual plans.
Automatic reconciliation is a Wallet Edition feature that automatically matches your wallet transactions with your business records. It helps reduce manual data entry and ensures your accounts stay balanced. This feature is only available for Business + Wallet and Dual + Wallet plan users when using wallet functionality.
Yes, if you subscribe to the Dual Plan or Dual + Wallet Plan, you can manage both personal and business finances in one BizTrack account. You can switch between Personal Mode (to see only personal features), Business Mode (to see only business features), or Personal Business Mode (to see both simultaneously). This makes it easy to keep track of all your financial activities in one platform.
