Description of ServiceBizTrack is a financial management platform that provides personal and business accounting features, including but not limited to transaction tracking, budgeting, invoicing, inventory management, financial reporting, and wallet functionality.3. User Accounts and Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing
- All subscriptions include a 30-day free trial period
- After the trial period, payment is required to continue using the Service
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or as otherwise specified
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice
5. User ObligationsYou agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Not use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

- You retain ownership of your data and content uploaded to the Service

- Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy
- We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security
- You are responsible for backing up your data
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
8. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
9. Service Availability and Modifications
- We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects Service availability
- We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
10. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.14. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
